Warranty Policy
01. RTB (Return To Bench) Warranty Applicable on entire product line offered by Mlinkestore.com. Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
02.   A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
A. Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product
B. Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
C. An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
D. Product to be returned in original packaging along with all items mentioned on the product package box.
03. Neckbands
A. Neckbands are covered under 6 months standard warranty.

C. Warranty cover will start from the date of Billing.
D. Only Manufacturing defects are covered for replacement.
04. Mobile Chargers
A. Mobile Chargers are covered under 6 months standard warranty.
